Refund/Shipping Policy


We offer a 30-day conditional return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with all of the accessories it originally came with.

Returns of more than 25 items and customized equipment are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Taku Engineering, LLC.

This return policy does not apply to damaged or abused items.

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase from Taku Engineering, LLC. If you purchased one of our products from a third-party distributor, please contact that distributor for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective. If you believe you have received a defective item from us, call or send us an email at and we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with packaging and shipping instructions. Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it and determine whether it is defective.

Defective items will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Taku Engineering, LLC.

The buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When shipping items with a value greater than $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Taku Engineering, LLC will not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in shipping.
